Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science

Adelaide University, Adelaide, SA, Australia

About this program

Adelaide University's Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science is a three-year undergraduate degree in Adelaide and the only degree of its kind in South Australia. It covers how medicines are discovered, formulated, tested and manufactured, with a workplace placement and teaching from active researchers. It is a pharmaceutical science degree rather than a pharmacy qualification, so it does not by itself lead to registration as a pharmacist. Graduates work across the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors in research, formulation, analysis and quality roles.
