About this program

Start your engineering journey - no prerequisites required. Engineering is about solving problems and shaping the future. If you're interested in engineering but don't yet meet the maths or physics prerequisites, this degree gives you a direct pathway. You'll build strong foundations in maths, physics, programming and design, then specialise in a major such as biomedical, civil, electrical and electronics, mechanical, sustainability, or Design and UX. Admissions

Direct entry is available with a guaranteed-entry ATAR of 65, or with a STAT score of 150.0, or with a GPA of 4.0 or higher (for tertiary-study entry). Applicants who don't meet this can apply through Flinders University Academy's foundation, diploma and pathway programs, or via recognised prior study and work experience assessed case by case.
