Bachelor of Nutrition Science - Exit Only

Flinders University, Adelaide, SA, Australia

About this program

The Bachelor of Nutrition Science is a nested exit award within Flinders University's Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics. Students who transfer out of the full Nutrition and Dietetics program after completing at least 72 units graduate with this science-focused nutrition qualification instead. It covers the biological and social foundations of nutrition, food systems and human health. Graduates who complete this exit award do not meet the professional accreditation requirements for Dietetics and are not eligible for membership of Dietetians Australia, but the qualification is recognised for roles in nutrition science, food systems and community health that do not require dietitian registration.
