About this program
The Advanced Diploma of Program Management (BSB60720) trains students to run programs, the large-scale initiatives made up of several dependent projects, rather than a single project in isolation. It covers outlining program objectives, planning execution, managing operations and reporting on status, with the goal of being able to delegate individual projects appropriately while keeping the whole program moving toward business outcomes.
Entry requires a completed Diploma of Project Management (BSB50820, or the earlier BSB51415, including superseded equivalent versions), or two years of full-time equivalent workplace experience at a significant level within a project or program environment. Greenwich runs the 76-week course across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and the Gold Coast, and includes free access to Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification preparation alongside the qualification itself.
Graduates typically move into program manager, senior project manager, portfolio manager, PMO manager or strategic program lead roles.
