Bachelor of Mechatronics Engineering (Honours)/B Electrical & Electronic Engineering (Honours)
University of Newcastle, Newcastle, NSW, Australia
About this program
This double degree combines the Bachelor of Mechatronics Engineering (Honours) with the Bachelor of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (Honours). Mechatronics engineers work across a wide range of modern technologies, from robotics and vehicle optimisation to appliance design and biomechanics, including the design, automation, and operation of electro-mechanical systems. Electrical and electronic engineering applies mathematics, science, technology, and problem-solving to design, build, and maintain the products and services that underpin modern society. Together the two majors give graduates a broad engineering skill set spanning both disciplines.
