Master of Engineering Science (Management)
University of Queensland, Brisbane, QLD, Australia
About this program
The Master of Engineering Science (Management) at the University of Queensland is a 2-year program for engineers who want to combine further technical study with management or business skills, aimed at engineers moving into leadership roles or broadening their career beyond a purely technical path. It assumes an existing engineering background and lets students build capability in areas such as bioprocess, chemical or civil engineering alongside management coursework, with a flexible study plan tailored to individual career goals. It suits engineers who have identified management as their next career step but do not want to leave technical engineering knowledge behind entirely. Graduates typically move into engineering management, project leadership or senior technical roles that combine both skill sets.
