- The degree is a thesis only research masters administered by the Graduate Research School. Students complete a course of supervised independent research and must submit a thesis of no more than 30

Admissions
Applicants must have completed the requirements for the Graduate Diploma in Advanced Social Work at UWA, or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Faculty, and have at least two years' experience as a professionally qualified social worker.
